You might fancy having a nice drink of tea from this big teacup but be warned--it could get messy!

This yarn bowl (teacup) would make a perfect gift for the knitter in your life.

With little cut out stars for the wool to pass through, it stops the wool skidding around under the furniture and picking up all the fluff from under the sofa.

Also useful for keeping the cat away from the wool.

Then, when you don't have a knitting project on the go, it be used as a plant holder.

The bowl was thrown by me on my pottery wheel using white earthenware clay and then carved it out whilst still damp.

I've made more than one hole so that you can knit with several balls of wool at once.

Also, just for a bit of fun, I've added a handle to make it look like a giant coffee mug.

The bowl measures 16cm across and 10 cm high.

Weight 794gms.

I have glazed it in a pretty aquamarine crystal speckle glaze.

Dishwasher safe (you never know when you might need to).

Items will be well packed-I don't want them to get broken either!
