Full description
Spring Chicken is made from lightly coffee dyed cotton fabric.She has glass bead eyes and her beak is a piece of hand dyed fabric.Her dress is cotton gingham that has had a bit of a wash in tea and on the reverse is a little red vintage button .( She's wearing big pants under the dress ).Her little legs are made from wood off cuts that have been painted ochre yellow ,then sanded back.Her wings have been embroidered with hearts and kisses.She measures 29cms. and is 16cms sitting - which is what she does best and laid 3 eggs whilst being photographed !
She is sold as a collectable and is not suitable for children.
