Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

75th birthday card
A beautifully special quilled 75th birthday card with quilled flowers in pretty shades of dark pink to help a very special person celebrate a milestone birthday.
This card is available in a range of other colours - see the other listings in my shop, or contact me with your colour request!
This card measures 8" x 6" (A5) approx.
This card can be made for any age birthday and I can even add a name to the message on the front if required. Please leave details in the personalisation box as you order.
Generally cards are left blank inside, but if you would like a message printed please choose that option as you order and leave the message in the box provided as you order.
The card will be supplied with a quality envelope, in a protective cellophane sleeve. All cards are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive with you in pristine condition.
All cards are made to the highest standards and only high quality materials are used.
