Comment: Leaving a reluctant neutral for this buyer. They weren't happy with the earwires and claimed they were made with a much thinner gauge wire than stated. I explained they were made exactly as described in the description and that the gauge of wire the buyer claimed was used would be much too thin for earwires. They also did not like the size of the balls on the earwires. I explained the ball sizes are approximate and not exact in a handmade product. The buyer was told she was welcome to return the earwires for a full refund. She did not reply and did not return the earwires. The buyer waited for 4 months and left neutral feedback instead.
