Jenny is one of the most helpful, lovely people you will come across...oh that customer service like this was available everywhere, every day - the world would be a happier place. And as for the goods...adorabubble!! My son loves Batikins and Bunnikins has gone off to welcome a new baby boy home. As for the rose pin...that will be adorning my outfit today. I will be back any time I need anything soft a cuddly with a touch of character & mischief ♥ The packaging is so lovely, it's like receiving a gift! Thanks to Jenny for brightening my Friday x
