Full description
A cheerful, bold, chunky brooch featuring hand- embroidered daisies. Great with winter woolies.
The daisy petals are embroidered in pure wool, the centres in a merino blend, against a hand knitted, and felted, background (from a mohair blend). The background has been machine stitched to a woolen fabric for stability. The design is edged with a row of couched yarn. The back of the brooch has been neatened with commercial felt. A brooch pin is securely stitched in place.
