Full description
This handmade dish is approx 20cm wide.
The textures in the clay have been highlighted with an oxides resulting in deep blues. Bright Blue glass has been melted into the base on the inside, creating a glistening look which is captured in different lights.
The rim of the dish has been manipulated to enhance the impression of waves, or a flower head.
The dish is cream on the underside. It has been sprayed with a glaze with a silky finish, and can be easily wiped clean.
Ideal to decorate your home, or as a gift for that someone special. This bowl is also suitable for keeping outside, due to the strong nature of the stoneware clay that was used, and the glazed surface.
