Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Cancel and return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, buyer pays return postage. Exceptions Returned items must be unworn and in an unused state. Refunds cannot be granted if there are signs of visible wear. REPAIRS I offer lifetime repairs on all my jewellery. Simply contact me through my shop for assistance. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items to Purr Havoc for repair. Please note: As all Purr Havoc jewellery is handmade in small batches, exact replacement components may not always be available. Where original materials can no longer be sourced, suitable alternatives will be discussed with you before any repair work is undertaken. While I will always do my best to restore a cherished piece, repairs cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Beautiful as either companion earrings to The Favourite necklace, or worn on their own, these rococo style earrings feature kawaii kitten cameos, framed by sapphire-blue and champagne diamanté. They're delicate, playful, easy to wear, and add a little flamboyance to any outfit.

International delivery: US orders are sent using Royal Mail's Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service. The US shipping price includes postage and prepaid import duties, so you won't be asked to pay import duties on delivery.
For all other destinations outside the UK, shipping prices cover postage only. Any import duties, local taxes or customs handling fees charged in your country are payable by you.
