Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Cancel and return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, buyer pays return postage.

Exceptions

Returned items must be unworn and in an unused state. Refunds cannot be granted if there are signs of visible wear.

REPAIRS

I offer lifetime repairs on all my jewellery. Simply contact me through my shop for assistance.

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items to Purr Havoc for repair.

Please note:

As all Purr Havoc jewellery is handmade in small batches, exact replacement components may not always be available. Where original materials can no longer be sourced, suitable alternatives will be discussed with you before any repair work is undertaken.

While I will always do my best to restore a cherished piece, repairs cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
