Welcome to my online Folksy shop and thank you for popping by.
I'm a bear and textile artist, designer and creator of unique hand embroidered heirloom keepsake bears and collectables.
I'm happy to send my items direct to a recipient on your behalf and I can personalise or rename bears, just drop me a line.
Due to new regulations sadly I can no longer post to Europe or NI.
I have taken US postage off my items, this may be a temporary measure until I have time to look into the new commodity codes, regulations and postage so please contact me if you are wishing to purchase an item and I will look into it.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Meet Strega a little woodland witch, new design for Autumn 2026, a unique witch themed artist bear designed and created by Bearlescent.
Strega (Italian for Witch) is around 6.5" tall excluding her hat, part of my Signature range of collectable bears she has been completely hand sewn with triple seams to the right side of the fabric for strength and longevity.
Made from 100% wool felt in magenta she is decorated with floral hand embroidery to her body fronts in various shades of purples with green stems
Strega wears a 100% wool felt cone shaped hat in black and a matching cloak in a heavy wool blend fabric, tied around the neck in a bow and with a little embroidered patch to match her body.
Both her hat and cloak are decorated with the same style embroidery around the seams and outer edges as the rest of the bear.
She wears her name on a wooden tag sewn to the back of her pointed hat and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Strega is 5 way jointed with cotter pin fitments, she has hand embroidered facial features in black.
She has been designed as an adult collectable bear only and due to her delicate nature and cotter pin fitments she is not suitable for children under 14.
My bears arrive in new boxes, carefully wrapped in tissue paper and ready to gift, I can send direct to a recipient on your behalf.
Designed as a keepsake heirloom, she would make a beautiful addition to a bear collection or a lovely gift for someone who loves the darker side, all things Autumn and unique bear creations.
All of my bears can be personalised, with a name change of your choice, this will also show on their birth certificate.
She was difficult to photograph and her details can be seen better in reality, some of the photos are quite dark
The accessories, I.e the little cauldron and board are for photography purposes only and not included in the sale
