Hello, my name is Sarah and I'm and illustrator based in Penzance, Cornwall. All my illustrations are hand drawn and produced by me in my little studio by the sea. Your order will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and I include a free sticker with every order.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Turn your favourite four-legged (or two legged) friend into a unique piece of artwork with a custom illustrated pet portrait, created especially from your favourite photograph.
Whether it's a much-loved dog, mischievous cat, rabbit, horse or another special companion, I'll create a personalised illustration that captures their character and makes a lovely keepsake for yourself or a thoughtful gift for a fellow animal lover.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose your portrait option when placing your order.
Send me your favourite photograph of your pet.
I'll create your hand drawn (no AI) personalised illustration based on your photograph.
I will send you a low res proof of your illustration for your approval.
Once your artwork is approved I will post your print carefully packaged in a board backed envelope.
A5 or A4 unframed art print on premium matte white 260gsm paper.
3-5 days turnaround (maybe longer during busy periods)
Portrait is for a single pet, extra pets charged at £15
If you require more than 2 pets illustrated in the one print please contact me for prices and also if you require a print larger than A4.
