All boxes in the Ultra-thin range now come with a specially designed transport box for mailing out via the large letter post. Smaller, Ultra-thin boxes also come with a protective transport box which can be mailed out in a standard C6 envelope as a large letter.
This range of ultra-thin boxes was created following requests from customers for a box that could be sent via the Letter post. Previous individual gift boxes had to be posted to customers via expensive parcel post making the purchase price too high. These thin gift boxes are designed to be sent via Royal Mail Large Letter post, reducing the cost of sending them to customers and also the price customers would pay for sending them on with gifts for friends and relatives. They are, of course still a beautiful option for gifts to be given by hand.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Earrings Select now enables you to order from just one pair of earrings to as many as you need from different collections.
This is an ultra-thin, handmade gift box with a separate lid, designed primarily for earrings, although it could, of course, be used for other small items not requiring a deep box. It features beautiful, grey-green decorative paper in a bohemian design, each box in this series having its own distinctive character whilst retaining the grey-green, bohemian theme throughout.
The box is complete and ready to use, requiring no further assembly, and the paper completely covers the exterior and interior of both the lid and the base with no cardboard showing. It measures 7.5cm by 5.5cm closed. Outside height is 1.7cm. The internal box measurements are nominally 7cm x 5cm with a depth of 1.5cm.
The box comes with its own specially designed transport box for mailing out to a customer, relative or friend, still within the large letter postal cost, and requiring only a standard size envelope. This makes it perfect for gifts being posted as the package does not need to be sent via the much more expensive parcel post.
This box is now available to be purchased individually or with other boxes from any of the Select collections. You could, for example, order 4 of the same box or mix and match with any boxes in any Select collection. Postage costs reduce to 35p per box on additional purchases in the same order.
