Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days.
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey.
As every piece is handmade, small variations are part of what makes each one unique. Colours may also vary slightly between screens, although I take my listing photos to represent each piece as accurately as possible.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Set of three handmade pink birthday gift tags with removable white 300 gsm card inserts, floral cut-out fronts and natural jute twine. Each tag is made for birthday gift wrapping, with the words "Happy Birthday" cut into the front and a removable insert that gives you a clear space to write your own message.
The pink cardstock front features a layered floral cut-out design, with the white card insert showing through behind the flowers and lettering. The insert slides out from the top so you can write on it before placing it back inside the tag.
To remove the insert, gently pull it from the exposed corner rather than pulling on the cut-out flower design.
Each tag is finished with natural jute twine, ready to tie onto a wrapped birthday present, gift box or gift bag.
You'll receive three matching pink birthday gift tags.
Each complete tag measures approximately 7 cm wide and 10 cm tall.
The combination of pink cardstock, white insert and raised floral cut-out detail gives the tags a layered look that stands out against plain wrapping paper, gift bags and boxes.
The set will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
