Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days.
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey.
As every piece is handmade, small variations are part of what makes each one unique. Colours may also vary slightly between screens, although I take my listing photos to represent each piece as accurately as possible.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Set of four handmade Christmas gift tags with removable cream coloured paper inserts, designed to give you plenty of room to add a personal message to your Christmas presents.
Each red tag has a festive cut out design across the top, with the words "Merry Christmas" incorporated into the design. The set includes four different designs: reindeer, Christmas tree and snowman, Santa with presents, and a gingerbread figure with presents.
The cream coloured insert slides neatly into the pocket at the front of each tag. Simply pull the exposed corner of the insert to slide it out, write your message, then tuck it back inside. Please pull the corner of the insert rather than the decorative design.
Each tag is finished with natural jute twine, ready to attach to wrapped presents, boxes or gift bags.
You'll receive four tags in total, one of each design.
These tags can be kept with the gift rather than thrown away with the wrapping, making them a lovely finishing touch for Christmas presents.
Each complete tag measures approximately 7 cm wide and 10 cm tall.
The set will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
