I was inspired to making these haven seen how incredibly hard our young people work while in Lourdes.

Full description
These little sitting angels are lovingly hand knitted to help raise funds for young people from our parish who are hoping to travel to Lourdes next year as brancardiers.
Each angel is individually handmade, taking around 3–4 hours to knit, so every little one is unique and may have its own slightly different character.
They are approximately 9cm tall and are made using donated double-knit wool. They are available in a variety of colours, including soft pastels and brighter shades.
Each little angel comes carefully presented in a clear gift bag with a little prayer card, making her a lovely gift for someone special, a little keepsake for yourself, or simply a gentle reminder that you are loved, cared for and held in prayer.
£9.99 from every angel sold goes directly towards our Lourdes fundraising.
So when you buy one of these little angels, you're not simply taking home something handmade with love — you're helping a young person get one step closer to Lourdes.
If you have a particular colour in mind, please send me a message. I'll always do my best to make one especially for you, although colours and yarns will vary depending on what is available.
Each angel is handmade individually, so no two will ever be exactly alike — and I think that's part of their charm.
