Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days.
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey.
As every piece is handmade, small variations are part of what makes each one unique. Colours may also vary slightly between screens, although I take my listing photos to represent each piece as accurately as possible.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
Black owl teaspoon rest handmade from air dry clay, with a colourful hand-painted dot design and food-safe gloss finish. Designed as a practical spoon rest for teaspoons and small coffee spoons, it gives you somewhere to set your spoon between stirs while helping to keep tea and coffee drips off the worktop. Its owl shape and bright spotted design also make it a distinctive handmade kitchen accessory and small gift for owl lovers, tea drinkers and coffee lovers.
The black owl is covered with individually hand-painted dots in bright pink, purple, orange, yellow, red and silver, with glossy black eyes adding to its quirky expression. A shallow curved indentation across the centre helps keep a teaspoon comfortably in place.
Each owl teaspoon rest is made, painted and finished entirely by hand, so small differences in shape, colour, dot placement and surface are part of its individual character. It is sealed with a food-safe gloss lacquer to help protect the hand-painted surface during normal use.
Cork pads underneath help protect your worktop and reduce slipping.
With its colourful spotted design and owl shape, this little spoon rest is useful beside the kettle, coffee machine or on a tea tray, keeping a used teaspoon off the surrounding surface between drinks.
Dimensions: approximately 6.5 cm wide x 7.5 cm long x 1 cm thick.
Care: For indoor use only. Wipe clean after use with a soft, damp cloth and dry promptly. Do not soak, leave standing in water or place in a dishwasher. Avoid abrasive cleaners and handle with care to help prevent chips or breakage. This item is designed as a teaspoon rest and should not be used as a trivet for hot cookware.
