Full description
This is a unique, one-of-a-kind art quilt, hand made with ramie linen, reclaimed cotton velvet and lawn cotton. It has been handcrafted using a combination of hand stitched applique circle motifs in black cotton velvet onto an ivory, ramie linen cloth and embroidered with off-white wool yarn over white cotton lawn. The sides are bound in reclaimed black linen. It is backed with a reclaimed grey suiting fabric with cotton tapes for hanging and initialed C.J. with green cotton floss embroidery thread.
