Drawing inspiration from vintage sewing patterns, mid-century design, Regency novels and nostalgic yearnings, I create things that remind us we can live an analogue life: one with a favourite book, a cup of tea and a cosy corner. An analogue life in which getting dressed up to go out dancing without filming it for social media is more fun. An analogue life in which it is an acceptable use of time to sit and watch that old black and white film whilst creating something by hand.
I love creating items that will hopefully become a beloved piece and be passed down as a family heirloom.

I am selling my acrylic yarn stash, and some of my polyester fabrics as although I personally don't want to use these fibres anymore, I know that many people do, to create beautiful, useful items that will have a long and happy life.

Relive the 90s when you create this easy to sew A line dress and top, especially if done in ditsy floral fabrics and paired with Doc Martens or Spice Girl style platforms!
This loose fit dress and top can fit a size 34 to 38 bust, 26 1/2 to 30 waist and 36 to 40 hip. It recommends moderate stretch knit fabrics, and lists single fold bias tape, a 7" zipper, seam binding and hook and eyes.
The pattern is Butterick See and Sew no4073. It is an unused, uncut pattern with some foxing/aging to the paper and envelope.
