October birthstone bracelet - 'Maia' Seconds
Occasionally during the creative process, something goes awry. In this instance I snipped the wire too close to the last bead so had to take it back one bead. It therefore would be more suited to smaller wrists (to keep the two ends towards the back of the piece). Due to this, I'm selling it as a Seconds item at a cheaper price.
This memory wire bracelet has been shuttle tatted in high quality off-white cotton thread. Between the sections of tatting are 36 translucent, beige and white opal semi-precious beads and 70 cream seed beads.
This surrounds a core of silver plated memory wire with two loops to secure the ends. Memory wire is flexible and remembers its shape. This means there is no need for a clasp.
To wear:
Slightly open up one end of the bracelet and wrap around your wrist. Continue wrapping until you reach the other end.
This unique beaded bracelet will fit wrists 6 inches and above.
The piece is just over 1.4 cm (1/2 an inch) wide.
It will arrive in its own organza pouch with care instructions included.
