Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This bright and cheerful New Home card with a die cut flower and vase and the messages Hello and New Home would be a thoughtful card to send to wish someone the best in their new home.
The card has a blue background paper printed with white polka dots. A white hexagonal topper is printed with the word Hello, flowers and leaves, all designed to look like fabric patchwork with faux stitching.
A die cut lilac and white polka dot flower with a hand drawn stem and a blue and cream floral design vase is positioned on the right hand side to complete the design.
Inside the card is a strip of matching dotty paper down the right hand edge with a pink hexagonal message with the words New Home. Plenty of space has been left for your own message.
The card measures approx 12.5cm square, it comes with a white envelope and is posted in a polythene bag and board backed envelope for protection.
Your order will be posted by 2nd class post within 1 working day (excludes Sunday).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
