A richly coloured handmade textile bee necklace inspired by twilight skies, secret gardens and the quiet magic of evening.
As the day softens into dusk, the Dusk Bee returns home beneath violet skies carrying the treasures and stories gathered on her journey. Inspired by folklore, wildflowers and the beauty of the natural world, this one-of-a-kind wearable artwork has been lovingly stitched, embellished and assembled by hand in my Leicestershire garden studio.
Created from layers of fabric, free-motion embroidery, hand stitching, beads, sequins and textile embellishments, this statement necklace celebrates community, belonging and the wisdom found in nature's rhythms.
The Dusk Bee gathers the last nectar of the day beneath rose-coloured skies and the first stars of evening. She carries home the memories of the day, reminding us that every journey, however small, leaves its mark upon the world.
