You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Refund Policy If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to help. Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once the returned item has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Jewellery Care: To help maintain the appearance and longevity of your plated jewellery, we recommend: Remove jewellery when washing or sanitising your hands, showering, or swimming. Avoid contact with water and chemicals, especially chlorine, which can affect the plating. Put jewellery on last when getting ready, once perfumes, lotions, makeup, hairspray and self-tanning products have dried. Remove jewellery during exercise or manual work to prevent unnecessary wear, knocks, or scratching.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
