Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to help.

Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
