Full description
'Summer swallow' is an original, mixed media artwork that would make a lovely gift for a nature lover.
I'm currently experimenting with making small sections of artwork and then assembling them to create the style of a mosaic or section of stained glass.
This piece has been made using layers of acrylic paints, inks, pastels and decoupage papers. I've also used a gold wood block print to create the sun and added a few small pieces of decorative papers made with a gelli-plate.
The artwork comes in an off-white, 8x10 inch mount with a 5.5x7.5 inch aperture. It is titled and signed on the reverse.
