I have had a thing about sewing for ever and have made most things. As a result I have collected fabrics from all over. Also some lovely people gift me fabric remnants and upholstery and sometimes it takes a while for me to find the right project for such one off fabrics. I really dislike discarding materials that I can sew into something wearable or decorative. I try to bring individuality to my gift ideas, so no one will ever be given the same.

Full description
I have rescued this denim from a pair of Levi jeans that were well loved and washed, leaving a soft tactile feel to the denim. I have kept the worn hem and original label, sewing it onto nappa leather to make a flap over the pocket.
The body of the bag is lined with cream lining cotton, and there is a leather strap with a D ring for you to attach your keys or purse etc.
There are strong pleather grab bag handles, and these are comfortable to hold when the bag is full.
The bag base has been boxed out to provide more space and shape too.
