I first picked up a needle and thread when I was about 12 and have never put it down. Sewing has been in my life as a creative outlet and it has proved very useful through the years!
Now I sew for the joy of it. Anything is on the to do list and dressmaking, upholstery, patchwork quilting rug making are current.
I am currently concentrating on bag making, it combines beautiful fabrics with engineering!
I have a small converted bedroom as sewing space and try to be environmentally aware. You will often find recycled fabrics such as denims and pleather/leather used in my listings.
I am very excited to be part of the Folksy community.
