This is a show-stopping piece of beautiful jewellery.
The pendant measures 36 x 34 mm and was hand shaped from silver clay (pure silver). It includes a moon gazing hare, stars, forest, leaves and a 3 mm moonstone gemstone. Colours are highlighted using a permanent metal patina.
The pendant hangs on a sterling silver chain with quality lobster clasp. The chain is just over 18" long.
If you look at the piece from the side (see images), there is a slight curve/warp. This happens when the silver clay is kiln fired and I've used the effect to make room for two fine silver bezel fittings on the back to support the pendant on the chain.
To maintain the patina colour long term I'd recommend avoiding getting the pendant wet.
Hallmarked 925 silver by the Goldsmith's Company Assay Office London, with the unique Fat Cat Silver makers mark.
