Full description
A mini pencil case designed to be kept on the front cover of your diary or journal, held in place with a sturdy elastic strap. Just slip it on the front cover and you can always have a pen and pencil to hand. Add it to whichever notebook you are using for the day.
I made this one using a furnishing weight fabric from Laura Ashley featuring smart dark red, green and cream stripes. I backed this fabric with fusible quilter's wadding and then machined three rows of wave stitch with ivory thread down each side for body and stability.
It has a dark red zip across the top and the lining is a natural colour linen effect. The elastic is black and 24mm wide. The pencil case measures about 18 cm x 5cm and I have shown it here on the cover of a book 21cm tall and it fits perfectly, although because it's elastic it will fit a book perhaps a couple of centimetres bigger.
This item is ready to ship. I use second class post in order to keep postage as low as possible and will usually post same or next day as your order. Your item will be wrapped in new tissue paper whilst I will use recycled outer packaging if I have some available to minimise environmental impact.
