Worcester Fruit . Pair of Bone China Plaques ( 5 in x 3.5 in ) painted and fired five separate times in my Worcestershire studio. Each is signed and backstamped Christopher Hughes . I was trained as a ceramic artist at the Royal Worcester Porcelain factory and painted their most prestigious vases and plaques with still life , pheasants and highland cattle.I left in 1980 to embark upon a freelance career.
For over 45 years I have sold my porcelain, paintings and prints all over the world. Both plaques are presented in beautiful gold swept frames 9 in x 7 in ,
