I have been knitting for longer than I care to remember. My mother taught me when I was 5. I love it. It's therapeutic, creative, meditative, rewarding, thoroughly enjoyable, portable.... I knit at every possible opportunity.
After years of making myself far too many jumpers I made a doll for my granddaughter, then more for private and public sales, and off I went! More and more until it became a bit of an obsession. I just love the wool I knit with, the colours and textures, and even the gorgeous soft carded lambswool I fill them with.
My items have no loose parts and have passed the CE and UKCA tests

Full description
This is a little knitted bear, hand-made by me from vintage wool which gives him a proper old fashioned feel. He is about 8" tall and stuffed with 100% lambswool. My bears are all unique as they are made by hand, stitch by stitch on needles not a machine.
The fact that each bear is 100% wool gives it a very special feel, much nicer than toys that are made from acrylic fibre.
My items are washable by hand and then squeezed back into shape, or wiped clean gently with a damp cloth. No tumbling or spinning!

I try to keep postal charges as low as possible and do not charge for my packaging. If you live outside the UK please check customs duties as I am not responsible for them. Items sent to the US are posted DDP (delivered duty paid) so your postage covers the tariff cost. Sadly I am no longer able to sell to the EU

All my items have been CE and UKCA tested
Unfortunately under current legislation I am unable to ship to Northern Ireland so orders from there will be refunded.
