I have been knitting for longer than I care to remember. My mother taught me when I was 5. I love it. It's therapeutic, creative, meditative, rewarding, thoroughly enjoyable, portable.... I knit at every possible opportunity.
After years of making myself far too many jumpers I made a doll for my granddaughter, then more for private and public sales, and off I went! More and more until it became a bit of an obsession. I just love the wool I knit with, the colours and textures, and even the gorgeous soft carded lambswool I fill them with.
My items have no loose parts and have passed the CE and UKCA tests

I am a long-term knitter and rather addicted to it. Most of my time I am here with my needles.. on the sofa, in the garden, on the hill with my dog, in the car, on the bus...
I love wool and its soft endurance. My dolls are cuddly and will last and last.
