Pop your head into the burrow — the critters have been expecting you.
They’ve been whispering, posing, and generally causing small amounts of chaos while I carve. Wander in, poke about the shelves, and see which rascal tries to follow you home. Every creature here has a bit of mischief in its grain and a story tucked behind its ears.
If something sparks a question, makes you grin, or inspires a custom idea, just give me a shout. I’m usually nearby, ready to pop out of a tunnel with a smile and a sprinkle of sawdust.

WOOD CARVING - approx 10cm high by 3.5cm
Fable and Flint are a pair of melanistic foxes with more personality than sense. Fable is the tall one doing his best to look like the responsible adult. Flint is the tiny one who absolutely is not. They sit together in that way where you can tell one of them is the reason the other looks tired.
Carved with a single knife from basswood then sanded painted with watercolour and acrylic and finished with Danish oil. Their dark coats were a joy to shape letting the shadows do half the storytelling. Fable has that steady woodland guardian look while Flint has the expression of someone who has already made a plan and is waiting for you to notice.
They sit neatly on a shelf or windowsill and bring a bit of cheeky forest magic to a room. Perfect for anyone who likes their creatures with a touch of mischief and a lot of charm.
