Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Wedding floral Favours: if you're looking for unique wedding favour ideas that go beyond the usual sugar-almonds you're in the right place. QuMoo can provide you a wooden wedding favour that reflects your personality, delights your guests, works with your budget and style plus are long-lasting keepsakes, sustainable and totally memorable. I've also found its easy to write on the back of the ornaments if you would like to send a message or perhaps use them as place cards (I'm afraid I can't do this for you).
Each birch wooden ornament is 50mm at its longest side. It can either be a hanging ornament with a hole for a ribbon or supplied as a keyring - I DO NOT supply the ribbon.
The choice of designs are on birch plywood and are:
- Pink Hyacinth Spring Flower Wedding Favour
- Blue/yellow Daffodil Spring Flower Wedding Favour
- Sardine Wedding Favour (can be personalised to say "PRODUCT OF XXX, XXX" which is partly visible.
Plus if you like any of my designs that are on my existing card selection I can place these onto wooden ornaments too - lets chat!
Each ornament pack arrives WITHOUT ribbon, wrapped in tissue and held within a cardboard box. The lead time for these items are 2 weeks (not 3 days). I use Royal Mail tracked 48 as my delivery service.
