Full description
Just around the corner from where we live is this concrete path. Rain and frost has done its very best to crack it. Another path to the left and right at the top, social housing behind that and the lamppost.
Posts are odd no one sees them until they are in a 2d photograph. I first came across them in a photo by Paul Strand taken in the Camargue in 1951 and thought oh dear! But then I realised the above and changed my mind.
For one of my City and Guild modules I did a dissertation on Paul and used the Camargue one and a portrait of a young lady who made hats also taken in France.
