Full description
A beautiful patchwork throw. The limited colour palette gives centre stage to the individual patchwork blocks. Known as a 'sampler quilt' because of the variety of patchwork techniques demonstrated across the whole piece.
The blue, white and chartreuse blanket measures 58" (148cm) square. Ideal to use as a throw on a sofa, bed or lounger.
The outer fabrics (patchwork front and back) are 100% cotton. Sandwiched between is a layer of EcoBlend wadding made from recycled fibres: 70% cotton, 30% polyester. This makes the quilt a warm but breathable blanket ideal for snuggling under on a sofa or conservatory lounger.
The quilting pattern is echoed arcs of stitching spreading across the quilt, holding the layers together and adding texture without distracting from the patchwork designs.
Machine washable on a gentle cycle.
