Ready to keep your tea warm in a four-cup teapot, this ' old-fashioned ' style cosy is a nice addition to the breakfast table. With your toast and marmalade on a nice plate and tea made in a pot rather than a mug, a leisurely cup of tea can be enjoyed and a second cup will still be warm enough if required.
I knitted these in a style similar to the ones which my Nan knitted and which I show in the last picture for interest. She was still knitting at 100 years old in 1974 ! That's what you call Vintage !
I have three in this listing, which fit a four cup pot with a ' tummy' of roughly 40 cms
