Our Inspiration
Our workshop is located in the historic heart of Thornton, the very birthplace of the Brontë sisters. The wild, evocative landscapes that once inspired Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights serve as our daily muse. We draw from the textures of the Yorkshire moors—the deep earth tones, the resilience of the stone walls, and the timeless atmosphere of the village—to create pieces that feel both ancient and contemporary.

Inspired by the rolling horizons of our home in Brontë Country, The Moorside Fold is a tribute to simplicity. We believe that when the leather is this beautiful, it doesn't need stiffeners, liners, or reinforcements to hide behind.
Crafted from premium, buttery-soft chrome-tan leather, this coin purse is designed to be felt. It is supple enough to contour to your palm and slim enough to slip into a pocket unnoticed, yet resilient enough to weather the West Yorkshire mists.
Built for a Lifetime
Every Moorside Fold is sewn using the traditional saddle stitch—a technique that no machine can replicate. Using two needles and a single length of waxed thread, we lock every stitch by hand. Unlike store-bought wallets, if a single stitch were to break after years of use, the rest of the seam remains perfectly intact. It isn't just a purse; it's a piece of engineering.
