Full description
These 15mm unisex concave disc earrings are designed for those who appreciate modern, minimalist jewellery with a backstory. Hand-forged in my studio in West Wales, each pair is crafted from 925 sterling silver scraps and recycled, unsuccessful projects, giving new life to old metal.
The Process:-
I melt down silver remnants in my crucible, hammering and annealing (heating) the resulting pebble until it's ready to pass through my rolling mill to achieve a gauge suitable for my jewellery. . I cut the discs by hand, dapping them into a beautiful, gentle concave shape. Finally, I solder the ear pins and hand-polish them to a perfect finish.
Authentic & Unique:-
Using recycled silver often leaves tiny, subtle "birth marks"-authentic markers of the hand-forging process. I preserve these unique birth marks are intentionally preserved, marking the start of your jewellery's new chapter.
