I was drawn to the idea of making a snuggly and very soft pastel baby blanket with small hearts.

Handmade crochet baby/lap blanket in soft pastel blossom effect yarn with heart applique detail. (Five marble yarn hearts are stitched along the top, and the bottom of the little blanket). The very pretty, textured and knit-effect border, is also made from marble yarn. Ideal as a little lap blanket, pram blanket, nursery gift, baby shower or christening present. Very soft, lightweight and gently vintage in style, it is designed to be lovingly practical and decorative.
It is made from Baby Blossom DK and Baby Marble DK yarn. Baby Marble Dk yarn is 100% acrylic, Baby Blossom DK is 70% acrylic and 30% Nylon. Machine washable and care guidance will be sent with purchase. Please note that whilst I have made every effort to capture the true colours, it may appear slightly different on your computer screen. The blanket measures approximately 28 by 29 inches.
