UK shipping: All original mounted art over £20 will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. All other orders will be sent Second Class unless the tracked shipping upgrade is chosen. Please note, Royal Mail Second Class now delivers Mon, Wed + Fri on Week A and Tue + Thu on Week B with no Saturday deliveries so this will be slower than it used to be. Please choose a tracked upgrade if you require tracking or a speedier delivery.
US shipping: Orders shipped to the US will sent be using Royal Mail International Tracked PDDP (postal delivered duties paid).

I used to believe that I could only feel safety or peace when everything and everyone around me was okay but life isn’t like that. By learning that you can feel uncertainty, discomfort or out of control but you can still access peace and safety through breathwork, EFT tapping, movement (whatever works for you to calm and soothe your body) has been a revelation to me.
The cards also remind us that we don’t have to constantly fix other people’s problems – our only responsibility is to tend to our own needs for safety and peace and soothe ourselves.
I created these cards as a gentle reminder because sometimes in the midst of a challenge, we can’t see the wood for the trees.
When I read the words on these cards and focus on the seascapes, my body softens and it gives me a way to anchor myself. I hope they do the same for you.
Cards are A6 and are presented in a bio cello bag. Each card features a different seascape printed from my original art.
