Amethyst (purple quartz) is the birthstone for Aquarius and February, and the stone for the 6th anniversary.
Sage Amethyst is purple Quartz with swirls of white Quartz creating cloud-like patterns, also known as Chevron Amethyst, Dog Tooth Amethyst and Dream Amethyst.
Amethyst is believed to be a protective and calming stone, associated through the ages with nobility, wisdom, dignity and spirituality.
Rose quartz is referred to as the 'love stone' as it is thought to enhance and balance emotions.

Pretty necklace of 6mm and 4mm Sage Amethyst and Rose Quartz beads accented with extra sparkly 5mm quality Austrian clear crystal AB bicones and stardust effect, glittery sliver plated 4mm spacer beads.
Amethyst is the name for the purple variety of Quartz.
Sage amethyst is a type of Amethyst, sometimes called 'banded', 'chevron' or 'dog tooth' Amethyst, that is purple quartz mixed with swirls of white quartz giving beautiful cloudy patterns that have also led to the name 'dream amethyst'.
The necklace fastens with a sterling silver lobster clasp.
Handmade in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon in the UK, this would make a lovely gift for a best friend, birthday, anniversary or a treat for yourself.
Amethyst is the birthstone for February.
This necklace measures approximately 17 inches (43cm).
Your necklace will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza gift bag.
