This star was inspired by the soft, buttery glow of early morning light — that gentle yellow warmth that slips through curtains before the day fully wakes. The glass itself suggested the palette: creamy tones with clear patches that sparkle like sunlit dew.
I wanted to create a star that felt joyful and uplifting, something that could brighten a window all year round. Its warm colour makes it perfect for spring and summer displays, yet it still carries that timeless, festive charm that suits winter lights just as well.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
This hand crafted stained glass star is made from five pieces of beautiful butter yellow glass, each with its own natural variations and occasional clear areas that catch the light in a gentle, luminous way. When placed near fairy lights, Christmas lights, or a sunny window, the star glows warmly, casting soft golden tones into the room.
Each piece is edged with copper foil and soldered using the traditional Tiffany method, creating a delicate yet durable finish. The star measures approximately 12 cm high by 10.5 cm wide, including the hanging hook.
Craft glass naturally contains tiny variations and characterful textures, making every star completely unique. Colours have been photographed as faithfully as possible, though they may shift slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.

Postage cost is for second class, .large letter, tracked delivery. Unused postage costs will be returned.
