About twenty-five years ago I went to evening school to learn how to make a piece of stained glass art. Since then I have been fascinated by the variety of hobby glass available and the art of working with it - the foiling technique has its issues and I try to push it to its limits whilst still making beautiful items. Over the past few years I have started to design my own creations, mainly around the theme of animals and wildlife with the family cat making sure I get it right!
A serious bout of poor mental health, and late diagnosis of autism, led me to further activities that draw on my creativity and helped me to recover and sustain wellness, hence the tagline 'mindfully made'. These include felting, fabric work and watercolour painting, all of which you can find in the store.
