Once your order is placed, I’ll email you to confirm all personalisation details, including the baby’s name, date of birth, time of birth, and weight.
I’ll then look up the Number 1 single from their birth date and send you a watermarked proof to approve before your framed print is created.
As each piece is personalised, returns cannot be accepted once the proof has been approved.
