Our little hardwood houses are simple in form and are the epitome of understated decor elegance. They are crafted with intentionally askew dimensions to add a charming handbuilt sense. We want our little houses to look pleasingly informal - with their idiosyncrasies associated with artisan products. Our little Waney Grain houses are proudly distinct from the soulless perfection of machine-made, uniform items.
Safety information
Our little wooden houses are crafted as decorative pieces. They are not intended to be played with, or excessively handled. The ideal place for them to be displayed is out of harsh sunlight.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Faraway Cottage
Our charming little wooden cottage has been crafted from hardwood in our Nottingham home studio. Sawn intentionally off-set to soften the outline and to create an appealing form, Faraway Cottage has been painted with black acrylic paint, then sanded back to create a weathered, storm-battered effect. Wispy copper and gold grasses have been flick-painted to add a sense of time passing, movement and a hint of ethereality.
This little cottage has been carefully finished with a protecting coat of lacquer.
