This design was inspired by the way sunlight catches on a sheep’s fleece in the early morning — that pearly, shifting glow that feels almost magical. Pairing the iridescent body with a splodgy black‑and‑white face brings in a touch of countryside realism, grounding the shimmer with a friendly, familiar expression. It’s a small celebration of light, texture, and gentle humour, perfect for anyone who loves pieces that feel both whimsical and quietly beautiful.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.

Full description
This stained glass sheep suncatcher is a bright, eye catching piece made with iridescent white glass for the body and a splodgy black and white glass for the face and ears. The body shimmers with soft rainbow tones when the light moves across it, while the patterned face adds a playful, expressive charm.
Each sheep has its own unique markings and flashes of colour, making every one a little character in its own right. Other colours and styles are available, each with its own personality and charm. Please see the last photo.
The finished sheep has a small hook and measures about eight centimetres in height and about seven centimetres in width. It is a sweet little companion for a window, a cosy corner or a quiet reading space.
Each sheep is hand cut and crafted using the Tiffany foiled glass method. Every section of glass is edged with copper foil, soldered, and cleaned. Craft glass often contains tiny natural marks or variations which make every piece original. Colours are shown as accurately as possible although screens may vary.
Please place and secure your glass in a safe position. If it falls it is likely to break. This item is not a toy.
