These little mushrooms grew from a love of houseplants and the tiny treasures that bring personality to a pot. They’re made to feel like a small moment of magic nestled among leaves — a glimmer of colour, a hint of woodland charm, a miniature sculpture that catches the light as you walk past. Using stained glass for something usually found in nature adds a playful contrast: part forest, part fantasy, part glowing jewel.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
This listing is for one stained glass staked mushroom, designed to sit beautifully in an indoor plant pot or decorative planter. Each mushroom comes with a glazed metal stake securely attached at the back, allowing it to be placed directly into soil for a playful, light catching accent among your houseplants. These pieces are intended for indoor use; they could be placed outdoors but it is not recommended to leave the glass outdoors overnight or during poor weather.
The mushroom cap and stem are hand cut and crafted using the Tiffany foiled glass method. Every piece of glass is edged with copper foil, soldered, and cleaned. Craft glass naturally contains small variations and tiny imperfections, making each mushroom a unique original. The photographs show the colours as faithfully as possible, though stained glass always shifts a little with the changing light.
The item is approximately 12.5 cm tall and 9.5 cm wide, with a 15 cm stake secured at the back of the item.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.
Price is for the glass item only.
Postage cost is for second class, small parcel, tracked delivery. Any unused p&p costs will be refunded.
