This collection was inspired by the playful side of winter — the way animals in storybooks seem to join in the festivities with their own joyful traditions. A reindeer on skates, a snowman with robin companions, a snail delivering gifts, and a sheep nibbling mistletoe all felt like tiny celebrations of kindness, humour, and seasonal magic.
Working with Penny Black’s expressive designs, I added soft watercolour touches to bring warmth and personality to each character. These illustrations were created with gentle makers in mind — pieces that spark imagination, invite mindful creativity, and bring a little Christmas wonder to handmade projects.

Full description
An A4 sheet of six hand stamped Christmas animal illustrations, created using Penny Black designs on thick, lightly textured watercolour paper.
Each tiny scene captures a moment of festive fun, winter magic, or gentle mischief:
1. A reindeer gliding across the ice on skates, full of holiday cheer.
2. A cosy snowman in a warm hat and scarf, with two robins nestled sweetly on top.
3. A determined snail carrying a wrapped parcel on its shell.
4. A robin perched on a branch, with a little stocking dangling below.
5. A penguin swooshing downhill on a snowboard.
6. A sheep wearing a Christmas hat, happily chewing mistletoe.
Perfect for card making, journalling, scrapbooking, children’s crafts, or framing as whimsical festive prints. The sturdy watercolour paper is ideal for cutting, layering, or adding your own embellishments.
Each sheet is individually hand stamped and watercoloured, giving every set its own unique character.
If buying mutiple items, unused postage costs will be returned to the buyer.
