I strive to create high quality pieces
using repurposed and vintage fabrics.
My inspiration usually comes from a place, where I’ve felt an emotional connection. I think of my art as capturing a sense of time and place, a small moment in time.
The cords and fastenings used for the pendants and brooches are new.
I will usually post items 2nd class, with Royal Mail, within 24 hours of receiving an order. I recycle packaging when possible.

Full description
A unique and decorative pot. Made with a mix of preloved fabrics, this colourful textile vessel has been hand and machine embellished.
The base fabric of wool has been overlaid with mixed fabrics then embroidered over the top, it has a strong cotton lining. The outer base is wool and the base lining is made from recycled wet suit fabric.
The vessel is strong and robust, it can be used as a decorative plant holder or storage pot.

While not water resistant a plastic or pot saucer can be placed in the base.
