Beautiful Czech Glass rondelles with sterling silver spacers are used to create these earrings. The glass beadsare just gorgeous and in varying shades of Turquoise....I have added little real Turquoise beads at the top and a Sterling Silver rondelle. The drops hang from sterling silver earwires
